History and present
Private secondary vocational school is located in a historical part of Bardejov, the town that is registered with the UNESCO (United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization).
Practical education (such as hairdressers or make-up artists/ stylists) is realized outside the historical part of the town in our workshops that are well-equipped. Information about the royal gothic town of Bardejov can be found in various publications or at www.bardejov.sk.
In 1984 our secondary vocational school was established under the Slovak Union of Producer Co-operatives (SZVD).
After 1989 there was a drastic change in our economy and political system, that affected functions of co-operatives as well.
In 1991 and 1994 after transformation of the school system SZVD had decided to keep administering our school and continued to be its founder.
In 2007 the Union approved the change of name from the actual name Slovak Union of Producer Co-operatives to the new name COOP PRODUCT SLOVAKIA with its headoffice in Bratislava. Information about the founder can be found at www.cpscoop.sk.
